Types of programs we offer
These classes will create opportunities for the bond between you and your child to be strengthened and enriched. Check out some of our regularly offered classes below:
Accompany your child and introduce them to the aquatic environment. Not only will you make memories, you'll forge a safer future for your little one as they learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences.
This parent/child class teaches basic gross motor skills and gymnastic fundamentals while instilling values such as respect, sharing, teamwork, and socialization.
Pee Wee Basketball
This class, open to children 3-5 years old, introduces the basic basketball skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and other skills needed to participate in league play. Parent participation is required.
Sports of All Sorts
This class focuses on the physical and social development of our youngest athletes- between 3 and 5 years old. Participants will be introduced to basic skills in basketball, soccer, t-ball, hockey, and more. Parent participation is required.
This class is designed to encourage individuals to be active and healthy at all stages of life. Have fun while you get fit with your family! Your trainer will lead you through cardio and strength training exercises with an added bonus of FUN fitness games. Kids must have passed Iron Teens class.
Pee Wee Ballet
Learn basic skills and techniques to the art of ballet while working on social and motor skills. Caregivers are invited to join their little ones for a forty-five minute ballet and creative movement class.
