Cycling
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.

Easy Rider
Enjoy the benefits of Y-cycling in this introductory class geared toward the beginner /novice cyclist.

Power CyYo
The best of both worlds! We combine 30 minutes of traditional cycling with 45 minutes of the intensity, challenge, strength building and stamina to your mindful yoga movements in this class for advanced students.

Break It Up Cycling
An interval training workout. This class takes you on a great ride and adds strength endurance moves for upper and lower body.

Cycle & Sculpt
Alternate between intervals on the cycle bike and leg toning exercises off the bike!
